Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to love your Twocan baby carrier as much as we loved creating it. 
If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Noticed an issue? Let us know!
If your item arrives and there’s a fault or something doesn’t seem right, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving it. Send us a quick email at contact@twocan.au with your full name, order number, a short description of the issue, and a photo or two if you can – it really helps

Returning your item

If we approve your return, we’ll let you know how to send it back to us. Returns are posted at your own cost, so we recommend using a tracked service just to be safe.

Please make sure the item is unused, in its original condition, and still in its packaging before sending it our way.

A quick note:
We can’t offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases or items that have been used or damaged outside of a product fault.
